Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we do accept exchange and return requests within 7 days of receiving your product. All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in sale-able condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

When trying on the jewelry, please be mindful not to scratch the items or mark the box. Returns must also include our signature jewelry pouch and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the jewelry box inside another box to prevent damage during shipping.

All approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
All custom orders are considered final sales and are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.

Pear Jewellery insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Pear Jewellery and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

Cancellation of an order is possible only within 1 hour of placing and paying for the order. Afterward, a 5% fee from the original price will be applicable prior to issuing a return note.

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
